In case of severe or unsafe weather conditions, the Event may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled to ensure the safety of all attendees. At our discretion we may refund your purchase if due to a weather cancellation and in our sole judgement feel that the ticket holder will be unable to reschedule due to limited remaining days or limited available tickets.

3. Attendance Responsibility: By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for attending the Event on the specified date and time. In the case of your inability to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, your ticket remains non-refundable unless eligible for an exchange as outlined above.

4. Lost or Stolen Tickets: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets. Please safeguard your tickets as you would any valuable item.

6. Event Changes or Cancellations: In the unlikely event of changes in event details or cancellation, we will communicate any alterations or rescheduling via our social channels, website, and email. Depending on the situation, you may receive a voucher code to attend the Event on an alternative day, or we may refund the ticket amount back to your original form of payment. This decisions will be at our sole judgement.

7. Liability: We are not liable for any personal, financial, or other losses incurred as a result of the non-refundable ticket policy. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to assess their ability to attend the Event before purchasing tickets.
